Jeff brings over 40-years of insurance sales experience. He has won multiple awards and is the only person in the history of American National to achieve Multiple Line Agent of the Year, Multiple Line General Agent of the Year, and Regional Director of the Year. He has achieved this career all while using servant leadership and he strongly believes that it is not about the sale, but about the protection and peace of mind you are offering your clients. He has always been an advocate for the clients he serves. The definition of an advocate is a defender, a person who publicly supports or recommends a particular cause or policy.

I created the Defender Training and Mentoring System because of the great need to address why advisors and leaders fail, fear. Our solutions will teach you how to step outside of your comfort zone in order to find the courage to overcome and master your fear and achieve the true joy of success.

Jeff likes to spend his free time with his lovely wife Julie. He is an avid golfer and pickle ball player. He also enjoys traveling and exploring the world all while serving the Lord through his mission work associated with the Timothy Initiative that plants churches world-wide.

Joe Mosimann

Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Joe brings nearly 15 years of experience in sales, sales strategy, and relationship management to the Defender. Formerly the membership director for an industry-leading training organization, Joe has worked with hundreds of advisors, managers, and home office executives to develop and implement custom training solutions in three verticals: Building Yourself; Building Your Business; and Building Others.

When not on the phone or in front of a Zoom camera Joe spends his free time with his wife Kelsey, their daughter Frances, and their Frenchie Kramer soaking up everything about being a #girldad. A lifelong Kansan and avid golfer, Joe’s also been known to bet with BBQ on the links – you’ve been warned!

Heather Bradley

Heather was born and raised in Rockford, IL and graduated from Northern Illinois University. She relocated across the country to Denver, Colorado in 2017 and does not miss the Midwest weather at all. Heather is a die-hard Chicago Cubs fan since birth and loves to go fishing whenever she can. She also has over 9 years of insurance claims experience. Heather is Jeff’s right hand, wearer of many hats, highly creative, and extraordinarily organized. Jeff and Joe would be lost without her.
